Today’s episode recounts two of the latest lessons I’ve learned while teaching PB&J workshops for kids (yep, you read that right–are you even surprised?).
The heart of the matter is this: We HAVE to teach the young minds around us that we are all so much more than a number on the scale and that how we talk about ourselves is important.
The best (and only) way to do this? Well….I guess you’ll just have to listen in to figure that one out.
