I’m Claire Chewning, a non-diet Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and meal planning expert. What’s the benefit of choosing Option 2, where I get the mini course along with a 45 minute Q&A coaching call?

The option of adding on the single, 1:1 Q&A coaching call is for you if you want Claire’s eyes, ears, and expertise on your personal meal planning and grocery shopping endeavors. During your call, you’ll have the chance to ask Claire any questions you have related to the content covered in the mini-course and she will help you set a few planning + shopping goals that align with you and your family’s needs.

One session max per course participant and the call must be scheduled after all course materials are completed.

If I don’t purchase a 45 minute Q&A coaching call when I first enroll in the mini course, do I have the option to add one on later?

Sure! However, when purchased after the course, your investment for a single Q&A coaching call will be $179 instead of the bundled price of $149. How is this mini course different from The Intuitive Eating Discovery Course?

This mini-course is more brief (3 modules vs. 8 modules) and therefore comes at a lower investment than my other self-paced course, The Intuitive Eating Discovery Course. The courses also cover entirely different topics! This mini-course focuses specifically on the topics of meal planning and grocery shopping for the Intuitive Eater, while the IE Discovery Course covers topics like how to break up with your dieting tools, reconnect to your body’s cues around food, and silence the voice of your inner food police.

How is this mini course different from 1:1 coaching?

Unlike 1:1 coaching, this mini-course does not offer, nor is it a substitute for, individualized support and guidance. The only exception here is if you purchase the mini-course alongside a 45-minute Q&A coaching call with Claire. This Q&A coaching call will give you the opportunity to get some individualized support on your weekly meal planning and grocery shopping endeavors, but this is a singular call to ask questions related to the topics covered in the mini-course and does not come with continuing support afterward.

1:1 coaching is best suited for those who have already taken this course, The Intuitive Eating Discovery Course, and/or have explored the basics of IE on their own and are now ready to commit to taking a deep dive into the many nuances of IE. 1:1 coaching is where we explore your personal relationship with food and the principles of IE on an individualized level, which allows us to create a customized roadmap for your healing process. Is there a timeline for how quickly I must complete this course?

Nope! This is a self-paced course, meaning you get to proceed through the modules at any pace that feels good for you. Your access to the course never expires.

Can I listen to the coaching lessons multiple times?

Yep! Once in the course, you can listen to the audio recordings as many times as you’d like.

If I purchase the course and change my mind, can I get a refund?
