Nourish To Flourish is our signature, 8-week group coaching program designed to help you cultivate a relaxed relationship with food, feel your best through balanced nutrition, and show kindness to your body. Claire hosts two groups yearly and the next group will launch in September 2025.

How do I know if this is the right program for me?

This group program is for you if you’re tired of trying to improve your health and relationship with food on your own. If you’re ready to have two months of consistent support from a dietitian in a small group setting and receive the education, encouragement, and tools to make long-lasting changes in your eating habits…you’re in the right place 🙂

When will meetings be held?

Live group sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:15pm EST.

What happens if I can't make a live session?

I encourage you to join us live as often as possible, but I also understand that this is very likely not your only commitment for the next 8 weeks! Every session will be recorded and uploaded to our course portal within 24 hours. You’ll have ongoing access to these recordings even after our 8 weeks end.

How many people are in each group?

Every group is capped at 8 members. This group size allows us to get to know each other, have time to share weekly wins at the start of each session, and questions at the end of each session.

How often do you host a new group?

Claire hosts this group twice yearly. The last cohort ended in February 2025 and the next will begin in September 2025. Be sure to join the email waitlist to receive a $100 earlybird discount when enrollment opens!

Does this program include 1:1 coaching?

No, this is a small group program and is not a substitute for 1:1 nutrition counseling, eating disorder support, or other individualized nutritional/medical care. Each week will be filled with nutrition education and tools that you can take and apply to your own life, but please note that individual coaching is not a part of this program.

What if I join and I change my mind?

Once you’re in, you’re in! I have a limited number of spots per group and do not offer refunds once you’ve joined the program. Thank you for respecting my time and effort as a provider and I promise to do everything I can to make this the best, most valuable experience for you 🙂
