Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
A nutrient-dense & delicious fall snack for everyone.

  • 1/4c Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2ea. Banana, frozen
  • 1serving Vanilla protein powder-Link for exact brand I used below
  • 1/2c Milk of choice-Link below
  • 1/4 c Plain kefir-Link below
  • 1tsp. Chia seeds
  • Ground cinnamon-To taste
  • Ground nutmeg-To taste, I used fresh
  • Water-To loosen consistency, as needed.
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & pulse until combined. Texture should be thick and smooth. Use small amounts of water to blend & loosen until your desired consistency is achieved!
  2. Pour into a glass or to-go container. Garnish with cinnamon and a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired.
