Have you ever been told that you can regain or improve your confidence by losing weight? Exercising more? Looking “good” in a bathing suit?

If you’ve never before heard this message, I congratulate you and sincerely ask, “can I come live under that safe, pristine rock with you?” Odds are, though, you’ve probably heard and/or seen this message somewhere recently through social media accounts, podcasts, books, etc.
