If there’s one thing I’ve learned as an intuitive eating dietitian, it’s that re-learning how to trust your body when it comes to eating, moving, and LIVING is a journey filled with unknowns.

Said another way, it’s SCARY sometimes! However, I don’t think that fear should be the thing that keeps you in an unhealthy, unhappy place.

So, I’m taking this episode as an opportunity to address 3 of the biggest, most common fears I see over and OVER again from working with clients to help them ditch their food & exercise rules in efforts to chewly live the free & happy life they deserve.
