So here we are, just a few days away from the start of 2019! You know what that means—the annual deluge of New Year’s Resolutions. *cue anticipatory, yet mostly terrified gasps*

Look, I’m all for self-improvement—BUT, I don’t think the turn of a new year is a good reason to beat yourself up for all the things you don’t quite love.
