In today’s solo episode, I discuss holiday nutrition in a not so traditional way. It’s no secret that there are an overabundance of nutrition and fitness tips to keep you “healthy” over the holiday season, but I believe that most of them are largely unhelpful.

I mean, does skipping pie on Thanksgiving sound like a fun solution to you?? Yeah, me either. Plus, everyone tells you to “not feel guilty,” and “enjoy yourself,” but how the HECK are you supposed to actually do that? That’s what I’m here for!
