Ingredients
Pineapple- Mint Infused Water
  • 1ea. Pineapple core-Cubed
  • 1oz. Fresh mint
  • 12cups Water
Berry- Basil Infused Water
  • 1cup Blackberries-Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Blueberries-Fresh or frozen
  • 1 oz. Fresh basil
  • 12 cups Water
Instructions
Pineapple- Mint Infused Water
  1. Carefully cut away spiky exterior of pineapple and cube pineapple slices–save these for snacking at a later time. Save pineapple core.
  2. Cube pineapple core and place in a large, empty pitcher.
  3. Remove fresh mint leaves from stem and stack flat on top of one another. Once you have a neatly aligned stack, begin to roll the leaves into a long, rod-like shape.
  4. While rolled, thinly slice the stack of leaves–resulting in long, ribbon-like shreds. This technique is called a chiffonade.
  5. Place shredded mint into pitcher and fill with water. For best flavor, allow pitcher to sit for 3-4 hours before serving.
Berry- Basil Infused Water
  1. Place berries into an empty pitcher.
  2. Cut basil using the chiffonade technique as described above.
  3. Place basil in pitcher with berries and fill with water. For best flavor, allow pitcher to sit for 3-4 hours before serving.
Recipe Notes

If you plan to serve these drinks immediately, you may also make these with seltzer water for a little extra fizz! If allowed to sit for too long, however, seltzer water will go flat (and become not-so-yummy).
