1/4 c Plain kefir-Link below
1tsp. Chia seeds
Ground cinnamon-To taste
Ground nutmeg-To taste, I used fresh
Water-To loosen consistency, as needed.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender & pulse until combined. Texture should be thick and smooth. Use small amounts of water to blend & loosen until your desired consistency is achieved!
Pour into a glass or to-go container. Garnish with cinnamon and a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired.
