Peanut Butter + Oat No-Bake Energy Bites

  • 1.5cups Old fashioned oats
  • 1/2cup Crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4cup Dark chocolate chips-Sub raisins, if desired
  • 2tsp. Ground flaxseeds
  • 1 serving Vanilla protein powder-Whey or plant-based, your choice
  • 4Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Pinch Salt
  1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix with hands (you can mix with a spoon if you’d like, but let’s be real–getting your hands messy is 200x more fun)
  2. Once all ingredients are thoroughly combined, roll into balls. In order for the recipe to yield ~25 balls, the size should be a little smaller than that of a ping pong ball.
  3. Place in an air-tight container and store in refrigerator.
