  • 1cup Spinach-Packed
  • 1 ea. Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blackberries-Or any berries you have on hand
  • 1scoop Vanilla whey protein powder-Or other vanilla protein of choice
  • 1/2 cup Plain Lifeway Kefir
  • 1/2 cup GoodBelly Probiotic Juice*
  • 3-4cubes Ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until combined. Use small amounts of water to loosen consistency, if desired.
  2. Pour into glass & enjoy! Perfect for on-the-go breakfasts or snacks.
Recipe Notes

*I used the mango flavor of the juice, but I’m confident any would work well! A quick note on added sugar–yes, this juice has some. My typical recommendation is to stay away from juices with added sugar, however, this recipe uses a defined amount (which is half of the recommended serving) and offers some probiotic benefit that other juices lack. Use it in moderation or leave it out–the choice is yours!
